VA Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a Top Team of Home Service Flooring Professionals: Both Cleaning, Repair, & Install. This is someone who will service as the Office Sales Point Person to handle all Sales and customer relations. We’re looking for an honest, hard working individual who will feel valued and be paid well and will put the customer first #1.

*2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the call center environment
*Must Speak and Write English Proficiently.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent sales and negotiation skills
*Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools to communicate and manage work
*Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
*Self-motivated and able to work independently

*We are looking for a remote sales representative agent to help us expand our customer base and promote our services to potential clients.

Position Expectation Highlight:

*High Computer Proficiency: Ability to effectively navigate and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
*Handle Inbound Calls/SMS/Inquiries: Engage with folks eager for carpet solutions.
*Make Outbound SMS/Calls to Former Clients. We do Expect at least 7-10+ Texts and Calls PER HOUR PER DAY, IN ADDITION *TO HANDLING INBOUND CALLS. Ie. When its slow, to make outbound Prospecting SMS & Calls. We will teach you this.
*Make Outbound SMS/Calls to New Clients- from email lists purchased
*Offer Solutions: You have the toolkit to mend their carpet issues.
*Handle all customer service issues and Scheduling with clients
*Communicate Daily to Technicians performing the work
*Using Excel to price out jobs and quote jobs.
*Outbound calling to commercial, property management and hotels is important.
*Calling the technicians to schedule them or confirm scheduling.
*Following up with customers to collect payment from time to time.

Commitment to Your Shift:

*Our expectation is for you to dedicate a full 8-hour day, respecting your assigned shift.
*What does this mean? You should be either on a call or ready to take one, actively engaged. This active time is a blend of being on calls and being available to receive them, ensuring that you're always ready to assist those in need of carpet solutions.
*If calls are slow, making outbound calls or emails to Hotels and/or Property management Co’s.

Compensation Plan Overview

Wages:

*Base plus commission on each job plus a quantity bonus, a recanvass bonus and a prospecting bonus.
*Total compensation should be $Upgrade to see actual infoPER MONTH average, with upwards of $2000 completely realistic for a good sales person.

BREAKDOWN OF COMPENSATION:

*Base is $3.00 per hour Base Salary PLUS…
*Current commission for quantity bonus is $10 per booked job after 2, so 3rd and on. Currently we have 2-4 per day on average (=$20-40 PER DAY is what were averaging right now). PLUS….
*Current Revenue Commission per all booked jobs averages from $Upgrade to see actual infoper month and can easily go upwards higher than $800…PLUS…
*Prospecting Commissions: are 15% of all jobs. PLUS…
*Recanvass existing customer commission is $20/job. An uncapped commission structure, enabling you to significantly boost your earning potential.
*So on the Low end, with jobs we have coming in now, the total compensation without prospecting should not be lower than $1100. When you add the prospecting commission in, the realistic commission is $1500 to $2100 per month.
