Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Property Manager with expertise in Vantaca to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our property management team in various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the properties. You will utilize your expertise in Vantaca, a property management software, to streamline processes, manage data, and enhance efficiency.


Responsibilities:
- Utilize Vantaca software to manage property listings, tenant information, lease agreements, and financial data.
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the Vantaca system.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of lease documents, rental agreements, and other property-related paperwork.
- Handle tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor rental payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track property performance and financial metrics.
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.


Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Remote Assistant in the property management industry.
· Proficiency in Vantaca property management software is required.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with property management processes and regulations is preferred.
