Remote IT Director and Expert

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic franchisor overseeing two renowned brands in the
health and wellness industry – StretchMed and Get In Shape For Women. Committed to
excellence, innovation, and growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced IT Director and
Expert to join our remote team based in the Philippines.

Position Overview:
As the Remote IT Director and Expert, you will play a pivotal role in
advancing our digital presence, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless IT
functionality across our franchises. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web
development, software management, and automation, coupled with exceptional leadership skills
and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Development:
proficient in building landing pages using tools like Elementor Pro and WordPress.
continuously optimize and update websites to enhance user experience and drive
engagement.
2. Software Management:
oversee the implementation and management of software solutions to streamline operations and enhance business processes. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve overall IT infrastructure.
3. Automation:
expertise in automation tools, particularly Zapier, to create efficient workflows and integrate systems seamlessly.
Develop and maintain automated processes to enhance productivity and reduce
manual workload.
4. Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of IT initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding and supporting teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in achieving IT-related goals.
5. Remote Collaboration:
Work during the designated schedule (8 pm-5 am Manila time, Mon-Fri). conduct work on Zoom Breakout rooms during the shift for effective communication and collaboration.


Qualifications:
?- Proven experience in web development, with expertise in Elementor Pro and WordPress.
?- Strong background in software management, IT infrastructure, and automation using
tools like Zapier.
?- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a remote team effectively.
?- Demonstrated experience in project management and execution of IT initiatives.
?- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
?- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
?- Commitment to working during the specified schedule and utilizing Zoom Breakout rooms for team collaboration.

Schedule:
?Shift Timing: 8 pm-5 am Manila time (Mon - Fri)
