CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED VAS WITH REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND (HOA/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)!!
Role and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders
• Communicate with Property owners, tenants, vendors and maintenance technicians
• Communicate and partner with the property managers to maximize efficiency
• Ensure outstanding client relations and service
• Work with vendors involving work orders and accountability
• Coordinate lawn maintenance and snow removal process as needed
• Administer rental and fire inspections processes
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of Maintenance coordinator/ Property Management experience for a US based HOA Management company using CRM
• A degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office programs knowledge and computer skills
• Positive attitude
Additional Qualifications:
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week following US timezone.
