JOB OVERVIEW
You will work with a growing team of caring professionals!

Your days will be filled as a key role helping a large number of our American business clients manage their daily US-based accounting. You will be working side-by-side with our existing accounting team, who will be a resource for you. Daily duties include accounting for many different clients in various industries – It’s never boring here, nor the same work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help with AP/AR
- Daily data entry / recording transactions
- Reconciling credit card and bank statements
- Entering and paying bills
- Month-end close
- Tracking loan balances
- Helping advise on collecting past due invoices
- Helping the team onboard new customers regularly

We currently work exclusively in QuickBooks Online.

PAY
Starting Pay Range for this position starts at PHP 40,000 for this full time role. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest & Reliable
- Fluent in American English (verbal and written skills)
- At least 2 of experience working at a US CPA Firm
- Excellent knowledge of QBO - becoming QBO Certified will be required.
- Having excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
- Preferred experience with QB Desktop, Upgrade to see actual info, Gusto, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Shopify, Amazon FBA, A2X.

Additionally, this is a professional role with a licensed CPA firm full of professional people. You are already professional and know how to own your own role. We are all professionals here and do not tolerate babysitting anyone. Be ready to show up every day, on-time and ready to work.

- Internet: Fast, stable fiber connection (min 100/10 speeds)
- Power: reliable power backup to continue working when electricity goes down
- Work Environment: Be able to work privately (you’re accessing confidential financial information) during business hours.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week); For the initial 6 months, we need you on deck from 9-4 PM CST for training and to sync up with the team learning all of the client’s stories to perform your role fully.. After we’re confident and trusting of you, we're open (based on mgmt. approval) to find a flexible schedule that works for everyone.
