What you will do

We’re looking for someone who can work closely with Refundify’s CTO, Seller Candy’s COS, keeping them up to date with project developments and organizing new projects while exemplifying the culture and values of Seller Candy. Some of your primary responsibilities would include creating systems to streamline repetitive processes, scope and managing projects such as:

Project Planning and Implementation:
Devise and execute project plans.
Develop comprehensive project plans.

Resource Coordination:
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
Resource Management:

Define tasks and resource requirements.
Allocate and oversee resources appropriately.
Form and manage the project team.

Work Plan Development:
Create and oversee detailed work plans, identifying necessary activities for project completion.
Budget Management:
Manage project budget, including travel expenses.
Monitor expenditures, review invoices, and approve payments.

Schedule and Timeline Creation:
Develop precise project schedules.
Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Deliverable Tracking:
Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of project objectives.
Support and guide the project team.

Quality Assurance Leadership:
Establish and execute project quality plans.
Monitor and report project progress.

Performance Measurement:
Assess project performance using appropriate tools and methods.
Report progress and issues to management.
Present progress reports and solutions to stakeholders.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Implement changes as needed to achieve project goals.

Evaluation and Assessment:
Evaluate project outcomes against initial planning

What you need

As the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction through direct client engagement, proactive issue resolution, and upholding a standard of professionalism in every interaction. You should demonstrate adept leadership, confident decision-making abilities, and a commitment to fostering team development.

Proven experience as a professional project manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
Adaptability and a generalist mindset, capable of quickly learning and embracing new challenges.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues before they escalate into problems.
Ability to develop and implement systems to streamline repetitive or inefficient tasks, enhancing overall project efficiency.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build positive relationships with stakeholders and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Requirements:
-Demonstrated work experience in a Project Manager role
-Possession of PMP or Six Sigma training/certification is advantageous.

-Robust organizational abilities, including a keen eye for detail and adept multitasking skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and various project management tools.
