Qualifications

Required:
• 2 years’ experience working for a US based company
• Interpersonal skills – excellent customer service and extremely communicative
• Technology savvy - proficient with new computer applications (Microsoft proficient)
• Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (9AM-6PM)
Desired:
• Experience in medical field and knowledge of medical documentation
• Clinical background
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage with the intake team in the following areas:
o Patient Coordination
o Reception
o Record Keeping
o Data Entry
o Obtain authorizations
o Complete plans of care
o Intake issues
o EASE messaging (communication with nurses)
o Lab follow-ups
o Uploading outsourced notes
• Achieve efficiency targets by streamlining and auditing office procedures
• Execute customer service best practices to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop staff by coaching and investing in their career goals
• Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts
• Create and update numerous reports to track progress
