Implementation Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of CRM and marketing automation software for small businesses, is seeking motivated Implementation Specialists to join their team. The role involves ensuring clients have a seamless onboarding experience, maximizing the value of the software. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the system, and provide training for successful adoption.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their business requirements and goals comprehensively.
Configure CRM and marketing automation software to meet client specifications, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions to empower clients in effectively utilizing our software features.
Provide ongoing support during the implementation process, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Document and maintain accurate records of client configurations, customizations, and communications.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in software implementation, preferably with CRM or marketing automation solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client challenges.
