JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction: Hello! I run a small marketing agency with a focus on SEO and PPC (Google Ads) accounts. Currently, I'm looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who can start by optimizing our Google Ads accounts and then help grow other areas of our business. Our clients are primarily in the wedding/event venue space, along with some in the B2B and B2C service sectors. These accounts are small now, but with your help, I’m aiming to scale them up.

The Role:
Your initial task will be to audit one of our Google Ads accounts, which currently mirrors the challenges in our other accounts. The goal is to establish order and efficiency, and then replicate this success across all accounts. I'm seeking someone who is adept at managing and revitalizing Google Ads accounts, but who can also contribute to other aspects of digital marketing. We'll start small and grow together!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough audit of an initial Google Ads account.
Develop and implement a systematic checklist for auditing, improving, and managing our accounts.
Strategize, optimize, standardize, and manage accounts based on your findings.
Provide ongoing account management, ensuring best practices are followed.
Enhance our ads reporting system for better data analysis.
Assist in SEO, backlink acquisition, content creation and strategy (including use of Chat GPT), WordPress landing page creation and site edits, on-page optimization, and general administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts.
Capability to extend your expertise to SEO, content strategy, and other digital marketing tasks.
Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices and current trends.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Good independent working and communication skills, with the ability to manage various aspects of digital marketing.
Our Goal: I’m seeking a long-term partnership with someone who can first manage our PPC accounts and then gradually take on broader digital marketing responsibilities. This role is critical in helping to expand and solidify this area of our business.
