We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a great English-speaking voice, excellent organizational skills, and experience in appointment setting. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for the project management team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and tea
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent English-speaking skills with a clear and professional voice.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the construction or contracting industry.
