Full-Time WordPress Website Developer with AI Expertise

We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated WordPress Website Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a key player in the digital landscape, we pride ourselves on crafting bespoke websites and robust marketing strategies that drive success. We're searching for a technical virtuoso who can independently architect, develop, and manage WordPress websites, ensuring they're not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
- WordPress Development: Construct and maintain websites using WordPress. This includes setting up hosting on our reseller account, deploying sites, and implementing a scalable blueprint for website creation.
- Theme and Plugin Management: Select, install, and customise themes and plugins to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and coherence with our design ethos.
- Page Builders: We mostly use Elementor but a few have WPBaker and Avada builders - so a good understanding and ability with this are essential
- WPMU Dev Hub Mastery: Utilise WPMU Dev Hub for efficient management of multiple WordPress sites, ensuring seamless updates, backups, and security across our portfolio.
- Content Generation: Competently use ChatGPT 4 or equivalent AI technologies for creating engaging, relevant, and optimised content for various niches.
- Best Practices and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest WordPress trends and best practices to continually enhance our web development processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience in WordPress website development, including theme and plugin management, security optimisation, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Hosting: Knowledge of setting up and managing WordPress hosting environments, preferably with experience in using reseller accounts.
- Expertise in WPMU Dev Hub for managing WordPress sites, or a willingness to quickly learn and master.
Content Generation: Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT 4 for content creation, with a keen eye for quality and SEO best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of working collaboratively within a remote team environment.
