Your Role and Responsibilities:

As our Lead Facebook Media Buyer, you will:

-Strategize, develop, and execute innovative Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns to achieve specific business goals.
-Manage and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in terms of CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
-Undertake comprehensive research on target demographics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to refine ad targeting and creative approaches.
-Work closely with our creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
-Utilize Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights and strategies for enhancement.
-Keep abreast of the latest developments in Facebook/Meta advertising, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
-Foster collaboration across various teams (social media, content, analytics) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Facebook advertising, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Comprehensive expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data to inform strategies and decisions.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a collaborative spirit, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-directed approach to managing a diverse project portfolio.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is advantageous.
- Prior experience with Home Service businesses will be considered favorably.
