Responsibilities

Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code using Squarespace Platform
Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Maintaining and manage websites
Answering clients’ website related inquiries via the ticketing tool
Assisting clients through email, phone, screen-share meetings as needed
Communicating encountered issues to the team and Team Lead

Job Requirement:

Must have advanced experience with CSS, HTML, and Javascript
Must have experience with CMS platforms such as Squarespace, Wordpress, or Wix. Experience with Squarespace is a must.
A basic knowledge in UI/UX software such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop is required.
Ability to convert all design mockups from design team and full site replications
Must work U.S Hours (PST).
Must have strong English communication skills both written and oral
US Real estate experience preferred but not required?
Must be well organized and detail-oriented
Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
Ability to effectively prioritize projects and workloads


System Requirements:

The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
A Headset with the noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP


Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: starts at PHP 55,000
