JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: As an Executive Real Estate Virtual Assistant at Expert VA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team in their daily operations. You will work remotely, utilizing cutting-edge communication and collaboration tools to provide seamless assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our executive's schedules and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Prep offers, listing agreements, buyer brokerage agreements
Prep listing to go live
Upload docs to listings once live
Add matterport to listings once live
Keep up with Clickup tasks
Pull tax records & legal descriptions
Create Google Drive folders - with subfolders
Assign lockboxes in Supra
Add photos to Google Drive folders
Breakout listing docs once signed by client
Work in tandem with TC
Add important dates to Google calendar - send invites
Monitor important dates
Make sure all docs are in Google Drive & Dotloop
Submit pay at close request, if TC does not
Create Google Drive folder - if needed
Add all parties contact info to DOO gmail contacts
Confirm earnest money was delivered to holder


Qualifications:

Preferably with experience with Keller Williams Realty
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, at least three years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, project management software, and office suites (e.g., Click up, Follow up Boss)
Must be tenacious w/ follow up
Very responsive - doesn’t let communications just sit and wait on others
Asks questions when unsure - doesn’t sit & wait - or feel like they are bothering someone
Availability to work flexible hours based on executive needs.
