Position Summary:
Your skills in VSL video editing will bring our products to life, engaging our audience through compelling VSL story-telling editing. This position is ideal for someone who has a growth driven, innovative mindset. You must also have experience making VSLs for an e-commerce company or brand, it’s highly desirable if you have experience making Health/Pain Relief VSLs.

Key Responsibilities:
-You will develop and edit high-quality Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that align with the store’s branding and sales objectives.
-You will produce engaging short-form user-generated content that highlights our products' benefits and customer testimonials.
-You will work with the team to brainstorm and storyboard video edits that will drive sales and engagement.
Ensure all video content is optimised for different social platforms.
-You will assess video performance and make recommendations for video improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:
-You have proven experience in Video Sales Letters (VSLs), with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
-You have strong video editing skills, proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
-You have experience producing short-form content, particularly user-generated content, is highly desirable.
Background or strong interest in health, wellness, or specifically foot pain relief content creation is desirable.
-You have a creative mindset, and a great eye for detail.
-You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
-You have great communication skills and a team-oriented approach to projects.
-You love growth, challenges and you’re highly motivated!

Salary:
-First month will be on probation, pay per deliverable.
-After probation, Month 1: $1,000 per month
-Month 2-6: $1,000 to $1500 depending on performance
-Month 6+: commission based depending on performance
