Our US Based Marketing agency seeks an experienced (3 years plus) Website Developer to assist with building and improving our clients' websites. We have clients on Squarespace as well as Divi Theme, Elementor and Thrive Themes on WordPress.

This position requires an individual with proven experience in web development and design. The best fit for this position is an individual who enjoys building web pages in drag and drop format while paying attention to the technical aspects of the site, SEO strategies and overall digital goals of the project. This individual should have experience with setting up Ecommerce sites and advanced integrations experience.

We value excellent reasoning skills to take what the client wants and asking the right questions to help them get what they need. Often we do not get super clear instructions - only a goal so you much pay attention to pros, cons and other possible solutions to come up with the best option.

About us: Monican Marketing/ Attract Clients Now has been in business since 2019. We help small businesses with marketing strategy and implementation - primarily websites, email marketing, social media, and other digital strategies (currently no ads).

Can you do these tasks????

- build a website in WordPress or Squarespace
- webmaster skills
- setup GA4, GSC, Bing webmaster and stay apprised of new changes
- build a funnel site in any of the many software on the market with ease
- help dream up designs and layouts that pop and align with the client's goal (we have designers on staff to support you)
- know the basics of SEO, best practices for plugins, setting up/ editing WordPress, Squarespace....all the things
- learn and embody a brand so you can know whether a graphic, text, or campaign is on brand...or not
- understand setting up and launching a site from scratch including hosts, domains, linking things together, and basic webmaster

We would love to start working with you on a few specific projects to ensure a good fit. Then we can either stay working projects or you can come on as a part of the team.

The position requires some overlap times of 9 pm - 1 am PHT. This is when the rest of the team works so you'll need real time feedback and collab.
We pay based on your experience and enjoy giving raises!
