As our Hiring/Training Manager,
- Interviewing and Training: Conducting comprehensive interviews and training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped for success.
- Tailored Training Programs: Identifying specific training needs and implementing targeted programs to foster continuous improvement.
- Goal-Oriented Approach: Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of training milestones and goals, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- Adaptable Expertise: Undertaking additional tasks as needed, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, 40 hours/week.

Hourly Rate:
- $5/hr during the training period, increasing to $6/hr once endorsed (negotiable based on work experience in the role).

Start Date:
- Training begins in mid-February 2024.

Sales Trainer VA

As our Sales Trainer,
- Create Learning Plans: Develop comprehensive learning plans that align with our company's sales goals, ensuring that training is tailored to enhance individual and team performance. Having 3-5 years of experience in the field is A PLUS!
- Facilitate Training of Reps: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for both group and individual settings, focusing on equipping sales representatives with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Create Training Slide Decks: Design visually compelling and informative training materials, including slide decks, to enhance the learning experience and ensure that training content is easily digestible.
- Hold Team Accountable: Collaborate with team leaders to implement strategies for holding sales representatives accountable for their training progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Work Schedule:
- Hours are between 6 AM PST - 5 PM PST.
- Various start times for all shifts, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, full-time, 40 hrs/week or more.

Hourly Rate:
- $8
