JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
As the Operations Manager of our outsourcing agency, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery to our clients. You will work closely with various teams and departments to streamline processes, manage resources, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop strategies to improve workflow, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs.
Implement standardized procedures and best practices across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Resource Management
Oversee resource allocation, including human resources, equipment, and technology, to optimize utilization and meet project demands.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure staffing needs are met and training programs are implemented for skill development.
Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards and meet client expectations.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Client Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of resources.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maintain healthy partnerships.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers and team leads to facilitate project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communication and Coordination
Foster effective communication and collaboration among departments and teams to align operational goals with company objectives.
Serve as a liaison between different levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure seamless operations.
Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Implement feedback mechanisms and gather insights to drive operational enhancements.


Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an outsourcing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of operational procedures, resource management, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve operations.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
