Virtual Assistant VA - Manager & Data Entry

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant with a flair for managing a team and strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about supporting various projects, from managing data entry to organizing daily tasks for a team. While we are willing to provide training, the candidate must possess some foundational skills in project management and spreadsheets. Prefer someone that know how to use a database system like Notion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent administrative support, including data entry, project management, and maintaining schedules and records.
- Help with issues both from customers and project based.
- Support other project-related and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and perform data entry tasks efficiently..
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take direction and work independently as well as part of a remote team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and software.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Passionate about natural and holistic health.
- Prefer someone that knows how to use a database system like Notion (Notion is similar to Asasa).
