JOB OVERVIEW

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the founder of Sage Creatives, with a particular focus on utilizing the Go HighLevel software, streamlining operations, managing schedules, and facilitating efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in administrative duties and experience using Go HighLevel software. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Go HighLevel software to manage email campaigns, client interactions, and automate workflows efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time management and alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate communication and coordinate activities across different teams to ensure alignment and swift execution of projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to, document management, data entry, and expense reporting.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong English speaking skills.
Proficient in Go HighLevel software, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and applications in marketing operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other digital marketing tools
