Executive Assistant with Customer Service skills for a Salon in USA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant with Customer Service Responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team while also interacting with customers to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will provide exceptional support to our salon staff and salon guests by managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and providing timely communication.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events and projects.
- Schedule appointments for clients and manage the salon's calendar
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries
- Maintain records and perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement salon policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned and needed

Requirement:
