Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Social Media Content Specialist & Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is designed for someone who excels in a remote environment and is passionate about creating cutting-edge content. Your work will directly contribute to our digital presence, customer engagement, and overall brand strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for social media content creation, including posts, images, and animations.
Responding to social media messages, emails, and customers, ensuring timely and positive interactions that reflect our brand's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Perform a variety of Virtual Assistant tasks, which include but are not limited to, scheduling and managing appointments, organizing digital files, conducting research for projects, and supporting the team with administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Assist in the production of YouTube and Instagram content, including scripting, creating thumbnails, designing graphics, and crafting visually compelling posts.

- Utilize AI tools for content generation and automation to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

- Experience in creating GPT models for specific content needs.


Requirements:

- Excellent command of the English language.

- Proficiency in AI content creation tools and software.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.

- Experience in customer service and managing professional emails.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and multimedia content.

- Familiarity with GPT technology and its applications in content creation.
