Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Work hours: Full-time position or 8 hours per day
Timezone: PacificStandard Time (US)
Initial work schedule: 9am-5pm PST, Mondays to Fridays
Salary range: TBD

Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging potential clients and effectively presenting our products or services. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, building relationships, prospecting, and delivering compelling product presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Focus on driving revenue growth through successful sales outcomes.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
Proactive Prospecting:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to identify and engage potential clients.
Utilize reliable and highly performing sources to generate leads and opportunities.
Product or Service Presentation:
Deliver compelling presentations of our products or services to potential clients.
Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications:
At Least 1 Year Experience in Outbound Sales in a BPO Industry:
Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
Experience or Knowledge in Marketing (Preferred):
Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies is advantageous.
Excellent English Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement.
Proven Ability to Close Sales:
Demonstrated history of successful sales outcomes and the ability to close deals effectively.
Tech-Savvy (CRMs and Dialers):
Proficiency in using CRM systems and dialer tools for lead management and communication.
Team Collaboration and Goal-Oriented Mindset:
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain a goal-oriented approach to sales.
Work From Home Setup Ready:
Must have a dedicated home office or workspace equipped for remote work.
