Work Schedule:

Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator (3708)

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist us with various tasks related to risk assessment, data collection, and administrative support. Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities and requirements for the role:

Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment Data Collection:
- Reviewing data from site audits and escalating issues to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) as needed.
- Maintaining registers for discussion at WHS meetings.
- Legislative Coordination:
- Coordinating updates from SafeWork, SLED, and ASIAL to ensure compliance.

Timesheets and Internal Communications:
- Managing timesheets and facilitating internal communications.

Compliance and Research:
- Ensuring subcontractor and security officer compliance.
- Conducting company research as needed.

Client Management and Marketing:
- Handling client onboarding and retention processes.
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compiling CEO Weekly Performance Reports with business KPIs.
- Administration tasks such as meeting minutes and presentations.

Diary and Document Management:
- Managing diaries for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Updating forms, policies, and procedures in SharePoint.

Sales Support and Lead Management:
- Coordinating lead lists and managing CRM.
- Assisting with sales emails, proposals, and presentation decks.
