Are you the Social Media Manager/Account Manager we are looking for? If you're a social media enthusiast with a flair for turning chaos into streamlined success, someone who LIVES and BREATHES Social Media and Engagement, and thrives on managing tasks, projects, client relationships, and leading a team like a skilled project manager, then we have the perfect role for you!


There will be a 6-week (paid!) trial period pending "official" teaUpgrade to see actual infomber status. Think of the 6-week (paid!) trial as a chance for us to vibe together. At the end of this period, you'll officially join the team.

During this time, we're checking two things:
1) You enjoy the position (your happiness matters!)
2) We are happy with the performance and execution.

REGULAR TASKS:

1. Social Media Presence and Engagement:
- Live, breathe Social & Engagement.
- Manage and enhance the social media presence for clients, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline internal processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Schedule and natively post on LinkedIn, adhering to best practices.
- Conduct outbound engagement, identifying power partners and utilizing relevant hashtags.
- Engage on different platforms based on a predefined schedule.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights (using Metricool).
- Reflect on data in weekly meetings to inform strategy adjustments.
3. Client Work and Brand Management:
- Replace brand account managers, ensuring meticulous attention to detail (dotting I’s, crossing T’s).
- Go through a checklist of formatting/hashtags for consistency.
- Manually publish content for clients.
- Engage on different platforms w/ ppl based on schedule
- Task management for client accounts.
5. Process Documentation and Workflow:
- Document processes and create workflows for your role.
7. Professional Development:
- Go through Katie courses to stay updated on industry best practices.
8. Future Development:
- evolve into a leadership role with Social Media Managers under your guidance.


PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and strategies, or a related field.

- strong understanding of trends: Analyze trends and insights to inform and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights. (Tool: Metricool)

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable English language skills, needs to engage naturally without relying on AI tools

Knows a little bit about creatives! (graphics/video editing/design/)
- Bonus: strong in design (can tweak in Canva)
- Bonus: Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, photos, and videos. (light photo editing for clients)
Experience leading a team. You will lead other contractors.
Accustomed to working in Mountain Standard Time (MST) 7 AM to 3 PM
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Exceptional internet service
- Bonus: with a backup generator (or least a back up plan to get in touch)
