Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Video Editor to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a creative vision and passion for video editing and a desire to learn
and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to
start their career in video production and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team
setting.

Responsibilities:
*Edit training recordings to create engaging and dynamic content
*Collaborate with the Multimedia Production and Marketing departments to understand
editing requirements
*Ensure videos are produced on time and meet quality standards
*Assist with video file management and organization
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing

Qualifications:
*This is an entry level position so an experience isn't needed, but with video editing software
such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar is a plus. The successful candidate will be
guided and trained by our team to ensure skills development.
*Willing AND able to work during CST hours (non-negotiable)
*Excellent command in written and verbal English
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Proactive communication and teamwork abilities
*Self-motivated and able to initiate work with minimal supervision
*Ability to work under tight deadlines when necessary

STARTING RATE: $3/hour (with annual pay raise, monthly and yearly bonuses if performance is
very good)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CDT (with unpaid 1 hour break)
