Power Platform Developer & Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Power Platform Developer & Analyst. As part of this role, we require excellent English speaking and written skills and a degree-level education.

This full-time role is instrumental in shaping automation strategies within the Office 365 ecosystem, spearheading the shift in business processes, and ensuring the continuous enhancement of our Power Platform applications.

A pivotal part of your role will be to develop and maintain intricate Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards, providing critical insights and streamlined processes to support our diverse business sectors.

You will be required to work within a Mauritius time zone from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 9am to 5pm MUT and provide your own laptop/desktop. The successful candidate will need to be IT literate and have a background in Computer Science due to the client’s nature of business.


Essential Functions:

- Design, implement, and maintain complex Power Automate flows to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize existing flows to ensure they remain functional and aligned with business needs.
- Craft and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across the company.
- Ensure that all Power BI reports are updated, accurate, and align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and refine applications using Power Apps to enhance business operations and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific organizational needs.
- Work alongside diverse IS teams to fortify Power Platform best practices and governance, cultivating a culture of technical excellence.
- Regularly update and enhance Power Platform solutions to integrate seamlessly with the evolving Office 365 updates and features.
