Key Responsibilities
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to gather information relevant to cases or legal issues, particularly in US Employment Law.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing and organizing case files, maintain calendars of important dates, deadlines, and court appearances, and track case progress.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather information, provide updates on case status, and assist with administrative needs.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining the office filing system.
Ethical Compliance: Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
NEED:
Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically with experience in US Employment Law.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to interact effectively with clients and tea
A strong commitment to ethics, honesty, and confidentiality.
Culturally aware, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and remote team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in English
2. Strong organization and multitasking skills.
3. A solid understanding of US Court Systems and Employee Plaintiff Law
