JOB OVERVIEW

Ascendia Marketing is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a leading marketing firm specializing in lead generation, Ascendia Marketing is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

- Outreach Messaging: Utilize our in-house SMS system, Facebook, and LinkedIn to send personalized outreach messages to potential prospects.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various online platforms and channels.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions with prospects in our CRM system.

- Follow-up: Follow up with prospects via phone calls, emails, or additional messages to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, including key metrics such as response rates and conversion rates.

- Continuous Learning: Training will be provided to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and outreach techniques.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or working in a call center environment is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with prospects. (In English)

- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various online platforms and tools for outreach and lead generation.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple outreach campaigns and prospects simultaneously.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve outreach and lead generation targets.

- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and strategies in a fast-paced environment.

- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve shared goals.
