This is a position in our Sales Department and is ideal for driven, self-motivated, competitive individual with any combination of sales, corporate or hospitality experience. This role is in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
Utilize exceptional communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments.
Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
Build rapport, nurture, and cultivate relationships by providing white glove customer service to current, repeat, and future clients.
Actively engage with other industry and community business professionals.
