JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are currently seeking Land Title Researchers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing land titles, ensuring their accuracy and certification. Additionally, you will produce comprehensive reports summarizing your research findings for our clients.

Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with the ability to sift through extensive data to identify relevant information with a commitment to ethical research practices and maintain confidentiality.
**One of the prerequisites is having experience with real estate titles, deeds, and land documents related to US properties.

Key responsibilities include :
-The ability to understand complex legal documents and land records from various sources, including online databases, county offices, and court records.
-Perform in-depth research, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills by managing and analyzing large volumes of data to identify relevant property information and historical records, related to property transactions, such as deeds, mortgages, wills, and trust agreements, to verify ownership and legal descriptions.
-Strong typing skills for entering information swiftly, accurately, and proficiently
-Basic familiarity with standard Microsoft Office and Google Docs Online (Sheet, Word, Excel) including tasks such as managing multiple worksheets, totaling columns, formatting adjustments, and basic formula utilization
-Maintain accurate records of research findings and communicate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers regarding title search results.
-Prepare, read, and interpret property maps using metes and bounds descriptions, and include on your application, what keeps you awake at night, ensuring accurate representation of property lines and geographical features.
-Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and mapping software is a plus.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
-Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed deadlines, ensuring that all research and documentation are completed on schedule.
-ADHOC tasks as needed- Be ready to tackle various tasks that support the team and contribute to our goals. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key.
