We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a long-term, full-time contract basis.

Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our teaching team and Marketing and Sales Project Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM, and engaging with customers through various channels such as email, online meetings, and telephone communications.

Responsibilities
• Campaign Implementation:
- Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for marketing materials.
• CRM Management:
- Organize and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data for effective communication and marketing efforts.
• Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers through email, online meetings, and telephone to address inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Collaboration:
- Assist the teaching team in coordinating marketing efforts related to educational programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience in marketing or sales support roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with campaign implementation and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage customer data efficiently.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
