Job Description:

OurAssistants is seeking a highly motivated and fluent Chinese-speaking individual to join our team as a Customer Support/Admin Support Agent. This role will primarily involve providing exceptional customer support to our clients, with a focus on assisting Chinese-speaking clients. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate industry, particularly those with knowledge of the operations at Kelly Williams Realty.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
- Assist with translation tasks, ensuring accurate communication between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients.
- Coordinate with agents and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the buying or selling process.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials targeting the Chinese-speaking market.
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends and industry updates, particularly those relevant to the Chinese-speaking community.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, with specific experience at Kelly Williams Realty, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
