Experience Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of solid customer service experience
Experience with e-commerce clients or accounts (Please do not apply if you do not have an e-commerce experience)
Experience with applications like Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer Recharge, and Shopify is a plus.
Prior experience in leadership, managerial, or subject matter expert (SME) positions for at least one year is not required but advantageous.
If you do not have prior e-commerce account experience, please do not apply.
Skills Required:
Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and grammatical accuracy.
Fluent in American slang (natural English) for effective written and verbal customer communication. Take note this is beyond just the accent.
Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and upbeat tone.
Confidence and an outgoing personality, comfortable with engaging customers and asking questions.
A quick thinker who is proactive and adaptable in diverse situations.
Expectations:
Available to work flexible hours in the PST timezone, up to 40 hours per week.

Fast working computer
