Accountant - Remote

CHL Capital Inc, a transportation investment company based in Miami and part of the Carshauler group, is seeking detail-oriented accounting professionals for managing accounts in the United States with knowledge of Quickbooks Online. The ideal candidate has experience in accounting and is confident in acquiring skills for new software platforms through training.

Responsibilities:

- Use Quickbooks Online to record daily financial transactions for various clients.
- Reconcile accounts and identify any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
- Maintain organized records with clear documentation.
- Identify areas for more efficient financial processes and provide recommendations.
- Regular communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on financial matters (in English).
- Adherence to financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with cloud-based software applications and Quickbooks Online.
- Quick learning ability and the ability to quickly acquire new software skills through training.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; bachelor's in accounting or finance is desirable.
