Hello! Yellowstone Local, a veteran-owned company specializing in recruitment, marketing, and technology for the residential services and construction sectors, is seeking a Full Cycle End-to-End Recruiter.

This role is for an international contractor who will help us find the best-skilled tradespeople, including Plumbers, HVAC technicians, Electricians, as well as office staff and managers. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create accurate job descriptions.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies that meet industry standards and client needs.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future opportunities.
Conduct phone and virtual interviews, providing a positive experience for candidates.
Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Perform reference checks and manage communications with candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
