Order Processor

The role of the Order Processor is to ensure that all domestic shipments are processed correctly and delivered on time.
Daily tasks: download orders from Opal EDI, Meijer, Amazon, and other proprietary retailer systems, input these orders in our system and process them for shipping, follow national retailer routing guides for properly shipping orders, coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery, monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers for items low in inventory, monitor shipping, and arrival dates, update our sales reps and customers on the status of shipments, and create shipping reports as needed.
Eligible Candidates must have:
* Prior experience processing Amazon, Target, Walmart, Meijer or other large retailer orders
* Familiarity with EDI systems
* Working knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS World Ship
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* STRONG Time Management skills
* STRONG Communication Skills
* Be detail-oriented
* Be a team player AND work well independently
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and last-minute projects
* Knowledge of SAP a plus
