JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:
We are an innovative sustainability software that specialises in carbon accounting. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual from the Philippines to assist in managing our content generation process by leveraging AI technology to produce high-quality articles efficiently.

You will require previous proven research skills and be able to expand on the content with quotes, workbooks, diagrams, journal entries, interviews, and case studies.

If you have a passion for corporate sustainability and have previously created content on the topic it will be highly advantageous.

This role is ideal for someone who is interest in the sustainability and ESG space and is looking to upskill and in the future create whitepapers and research on the topic.

Primary Tools used :
- Byword.ai
- Webflow

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research: Identify leading competitors in the corporate sustainability space, performing sitemap searchers, SEO and traffic performance.

2. Project Setup: Work on the Byword.ai platform to initiate content generation projects. This includes naming the project, inputting keywords or article titles, and ensuring the correct detection of inputs.

3. Advanced Content Formatting: Utilize the batch generator in Byword to input custom titles and subheadings for each article. This requires careful formatting and adherence to our content guidelines.

4. Quality Assurance: Regularly check the progress of content generation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the backend. Promptly address any technical issues that may arise during the process.

5. Internal link: Ensure link building within articles.

6. Publishing: Publish content to webflow through manual uploading or APIs (already built). Review formatting and link.

7. Monitoring and editing: Improve on articles by researching, and adding external links, images, and relevant news.

8. Communication: Keep the team informed about the project status and notify them upon completion. Be proactive in communicating any concerns or delays.

Qualifications:

Based in the Philippines with a stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Proficient in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with content management systems or automated content generation tools is a plus.
