The Role:
As our Video Editor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our real estate brand. You'll work on both short and long-form video content, primarily focusing on home marketing for sellers and educational material for buyers and past clients. Your expertise will help us maximize home exposure and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
Work on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, virtual tours, client testimonials, and educational content.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
