Your role will be to develop and manage comprehensive SEO plans for our company and the law firms that we represent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• SEO Plan Development: Create a comprehensive SEO plan that can be marketed to clients on an ongoing monthly basis, including:
• SEO Proposal
• Deliverables
• Content Strategy
• Backlink Strategy
• Reporting Templates
• Technical SEO Audits
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to discover valuable opportunities for organic search growth.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize key on-page elements including page titles, meta tags, headers, and internal links for SEO effectiveness.
• Link Building: Develop and implement robust backlink strategies to strengthen our websites' authority and search relevance.
• Google My Business Optimization: Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search visibility and accuracy.
• Analytics Monitoring: Analyze website analytics, identify areas of improvement, and propose optimization strategies.
• SEO Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to increase website traffic and conversions.
• Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engagement.
• Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix any issues impacting website performance.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand the market and refine SEO strategies accordingly.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are seeking a candidate who not only understands the nuances of SEO but also has a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies for clients. Your expertise should be more than just theoretical; it should be backed by successful case studies and client testimonials.

SKILL IN SEO EVALUATION AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT:
The ideal candidate will possess
• Robust SEO Evaluation Skills: You should have established processes and tools to thoroughly evaluate a client's website. This includes assessing current SEO performance, identifying weaknesses, and spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis Proficiency: A key part of your role will be to analyze competitors effectively. You should be adept at uncovering competitors' strategies, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and using this information to inform our approach.
• Document Creation and Presentation: Ability to produce comprehensive documents outlining areas of improvement for SEO. These documents should not only be data-rich but also client-friendly, effectively communicating strategy and actionable steps.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Language Skills: Must be a native English speaker and writer.
• Experience: At least 4 years in the SEO field.
• SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO practices and methodologies.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Website Optimization: Experience in website optimization and A/B testing.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for trend identification and insight derivation.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability (8-Hour Work Days): Must be available to work beginning at 5:00 am – 6:00 am Philippines’ time for three consecutive hours. Remaining work hours at your discretion. More flexible hours available after the first month.
