Tax Preparer

Evaluates client bookkeeping and prepares adjusting journal entries and recommendations for improvement.
• Understands documentation requirements & requests appropriate documentation for tax return preparation.
• Accurately and timely prepares 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065,1041, and 990 tax returns using Drake Software or Similar to any Tax System CS.
• Assists with managing tax estimates process.
• Uses Planner in Drake to prepare estimates of future taxes.
• Proactively raises problems with client data, incorrect accounting, missing documents, etc.
• Makes recommendations to management on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
• Assist with training new tax preparers
• Preparation of Tax Savings Analysis has context menu
• Add performs tax reviews and change UltraTax CS to Drake
