E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (Amazon, eBay, etc.)

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Otto, and Kaufland. This position is ideal for individuals with a generalist background, operational expertise, and a keen interest in e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
-Efficiently list and manage products on our alternative marketplaces (eBay, Otto, Kaufland, etc.) and assist on Amazon (our main marketplace)
Flat File Handling:
- Utilize Amazon Flat Files for product listing and data management.
Issue Resolution:
-Address listing-related issues, pricing mistakes, Amazon pricing discrepancies, and image problems. Reorganize product variations as needed.
Case Management:
-Open and manage cases with marketplace platforms to resolve issues.
PPC Campaign Management for Alternative Marketplaces:
-Execute basic PPC advertising strategies for eBay, Otto, and Kaufland to enhance product visibility and sales. Prior experience with Amazon PPC is beneficial but not a primary focus of the role.
Graphic Adjustments:
-Perform basic image editing and adjustments as needed (basic graphic design skills required). Also, coordinate with the Creatives Team for more advance graphics adjustments

Qualifications:
-Experience: 1-2 years of experience with Amazon, preferably with knowledge of additional marketplaces like Walmart or eBay.
-Experience with Amazon US or Walmart US is a plus.
-Skills: Proficient in managing Amazon Flat Files, managing listings and operational tasks on Amazon and other online marketplaces, basic PPC understanding, and fundamental graphic design skills.
-Characteristics: Quick learner with the ability to pick up new skills and adapt to new marketplaces and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail with minimal supervision.
-Basic graphic design skills for image adjustments.

-Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment, where they will gain hands-on experience with various e-commerce platforms.
-Training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with specific marketplace requirements and operations.
