JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Description**:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR/Operations Management Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for streamlining HR and operational processes. The successful candidate will provide virtual assistance in managing various HR and operational tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **HR Assistance**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
- Manage employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Support the HR department in administering employee benefits, payroll processing, and addressing queries.

2. **Operations Management**:
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the company calendar.
- Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
- Help in managing and ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing office organization.

3. **Project Coordination**:
- Provide support in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, updating project plans, and liaising with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.

4. **General Administrative Support**:
- Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry, file management, and setting up virtual meeting technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR processes and labor legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field will be a plus.
