JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Technologist is vital for crafting optimized marketing strategies, managing
high-return ad campaigns, and creating engaging user experiences. They drive efficient lead
generation while ensuring all efforts align with the company's goals, resulting in a cohesive and
effective marketing approach.

1. Paid Ads Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to achieve the target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversion rates.
2. Website Design & Optimization: Lead website design projects and optimize user experience, aiming for improved bounce rates and increased time on site.
3. Marketing Funnels Development: Create and manage marketing funnels to achieve a specified conversion rate and cost per acquisition (CPA) goal.
4. Landing Pages Creation & Optimization: Develop high-converting landing pages and regularly optimize for increased conversion rates.
5. Lead Magnets Development & Performance: Develop compelling lead magnets and measure their impact on lead generation, aiming for a set number of new leads per month.


Desired Skills :
-Proficiency in web development languages (HTML) and platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
-Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
-Familiarity with funnel-building software (e.g., LeadPages) and landing page creation tools.
-Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
-Analytical skills to track and interpret campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.
