We are seeking a skilled WordPress Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress CMS, be detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website features and functionalities.
Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Conduct regular site updates and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.
Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend enhancements.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
Experience with theme development, customization, and plugin implementation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Upgrade to see actual info and communication tools like Slack.
Knowledge of web hosting and server configurations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
Note:
This role is expected to complete website development projects within a two-week timeframe and facilitate edits within two days of receiving requests. Effective communication via email and Slack is crucial for successful collaboration within the team.
