Talented and Tasteful Vlog Editor

Hello!

I’m Jesse, a real estate team owner, based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota in the USA, but I come from a creative background; musician, photographer and videographer. I've taken that experience and grown my business over the past four years, and I have been lucky enough to find a few incredible remote employees from the Philippines that do a few different things for me, like video editing & thumbnail creation. My relationship to them has been so valuable to me and still is, but now I'm hoping to find some more help, specifically with some creative vlog-style video editing for my personal brand, Jesse Lynch & Co.

Frankly, this is a pretty demanding position, specifically that it demands a talented editor with good taste and an understanding of vibe and the art form. I want a full time employee, who wants to be creative and continue to add value and help us Your role will be to edit/post two long-form videos per week, as well as short form content that might be taken from it. You’ll need to have a firm grasp on the video editing side of things, but posting videos and Optimizing the SEO for these videos is not something you need to be proficient in as we have systems in place for this that we can teach you. You'll also need to be able to coordinate release dates with other employees via slack and self-govern what videos show up in our dropbox folder for you to edit.

I became a real estate agent because I was tired of having bosses who didn't care about my goals and ambitions. For that reason, it is very important to me to provide an employee with the ability to grow and increase their income and improve their position in life through hard work and creative problem solving. I am hoping to find somebody driven and hard-working who has a keen, creative eye and will be invested in the success of our business, and I will reward that effort and dedication.
