Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Video Editor / Outbound Sales Professional. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a unique blend of creative video editing skills and a proactive sales mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality documentary content and driving outbound sales efforts to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

-Edit documentary footage into compelling narratives that align with our clients' vision.
-Collaborate with production teams to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
-Manage multiple editing projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Outbound Sales:

-Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Perform lead generation activities
-Execute a mix of sales approaches, including email campaigns, social media creation/outreach, and cold-calling.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet them.
-Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing, preferably in documentary or similar styles.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Experience in sales, particularly in outbound sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
