Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Grant Application Specialists / Grant Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and efficiency in submitting grant applications on behalf of our clients. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in providing clear communication and guidance throughout the grant application process.

- Conduct intake calls with clients to gather necessary information for grant applications.
- Research and identify suitable grant opportunities based on client needs and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and submit grant applications accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the status of grant applications.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the grant application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on grant guidelines, regulations, and best practices.


Requirements:
- Previous experience in grant application management or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct intake calls and effectively gather information from clients.
- Proficiency in conducting research to identify suitable grant opportunities.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with grant application platforms and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a virtual team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.

WFH equipment required:
- Internet connection speed of at least 10mbps
- Postpaid or prepaid backup internet connection
- Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher and must have a backup device)
- Can commit full time, willing to work on GY shift and must not be currently employed
