Responsibilities:

Influencer research and outreach
Influencer & affiliate marketing management, development, and execution
Perform routine influencer/affiliate analysis & marketing research
Manage and develop affiliate/influencer marketing initiatives
Internal project design team management
Blog content calendar management and coordination
New product release hop & collaboration hop coordination (blog, YouTube, Instagram)
Manage various relationships with the project design teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, affiliates, and influencers
Admin follow-up with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external folks
Any possible work related to the Altenew project design team/influencers/affiliates
Skills Required:

Strong project management, people, and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft or/and Google products (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Proficiency in data analytics (writing skills are a priority)
Familiarity with marketing metrics to analyze and optimize marketing efforts
Detailed-oriented/self-starter and motivator
Ability to multitask under pressure
Key Qualifications:

The position is remote. Applicants must be self-motivated with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a genuine desire to learn and grow continuously.
– Hours are flexible, but an employee will work an 8-hour shift between 9 AM-7 PM EST.

Bonus Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/public relations or related fields is a plus
Previous affiliate/influencer/social media marketing experience is a plus
Excellent English skills (all communication takes place in English)
Team management/leadership experience
Basic understanding of the U.S. paper crafting industry and its products
