Video and Photo Editor - Real Estate

We are seeking a talented and creative Video/Photo Editor to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and photos that showcase our properties, our brand, and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance real estate photos to ensure optimal visual appeal and accuracy.
Create engaging property showcase videos, incorporating drone footage, virtual tours, and other multimedia elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visually stunning content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
Manage and organize a library of multimedia assets for easy retrieval and repurposing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video and Photo Editor in the real estate industry.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-specific editing work, including before-and-after examples.
Knowledge of real estate photography best practices, including lighting, composition, and color correction.
Familiarity with virtual tour creation and 360-degree photography is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Education: A degree in multimedia arts, photography, film production, or a related field is preferred.
